Return Policy

  • If you wish to return a product, you will have to do so within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return postage is at your expense.
  • Refunds on returned or faulty products can only be made to the original payment method used when you placed your order.
  • Personalized or customized products and sale items are not returnable.
  • Digital Downloads are not returnable.
  • Use the Customer Service Form to start the return process

Faulty Products

If you happen to get a wrong or faulty item, we are very sorry. Let us know within seven days of delivery, so we can sort it out.

Exchanges

If the product you received is not a fit, we encourage you to return the original item and purchase the correct one in a new order. Use the Customer Service Form to make your return.

Items not eligible for Return

Final sale merchandise, personalized or customized products, digital downloads and promotional items are not refundable. All sale items are considered final sale merchandise and not eligible for return.

For customer safety reasons, make-up, earrings, personal care items, face masks, intimate items, adult products, supplements and any edible, perishable or medical items are not eligible for returns.

Shipping costs, local taxes or duties and any items returned later than 30 days of delivery or without prior authorization by us, are not eligible for a refund.

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment you used when you bought the items. Refunds will be issued once we have received your returned items. Theres a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price when you return 5 items or more.

How to return an item

To request a return, you must use the Customer Service Form

You’ll need the email address you used when placing the order and the order Id number found in the order emails you received.

  • Fill in your full name, email address and order number.
  • Select “I changed my heart and want to make a return”
  • Fill in the item name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return.
  • Provide a short description of why you want to return the item(s).
  • Submit your request and await our response.

We usually respond within two workdays. We may ask you for further details for clarification.

When you make a return, it is your responsibility that the items are delivered safely back to us. You cannot return an item by refusing delivery.

How to request a refund for a faulty item

To request a refund for a faulty item, you must use the Customer Service Form

You’ll need the email address you used when placing the order, the order Id number found in the order emails you received and a couple of pictures showing the fault.

  • Fill in your full name, email address and order number.
  • Select “There’s a problem with something I bought”
  • Fill in the name of the product and describe the problem
  • Upload photos that show the product and the problem:
    • A full image of the product.
    • A detail image that clearly show the fault or problem.
  • If the fault is not visible, please describe in detail what the problem is.
  • Submit your request and await our response.

We usually respond within two workdays. We may ask you for further details for clarification.

Can I return an order by refusing delivery?

You cannot return an order by refusing delivery. Orders that are undeliverable will be returned to our printing partner and we will charge you a fee of US $30 to cover the double shipping costs and handling expenses.
