Shipping and delivery times

Most orders are delivered within 4-6 workdays – The delivery time depends on your location.

Get a live updated delivery estimate by adding a product to your cart and filling in your shipping info on the cart page.

During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) the shipping time will be longer.

If you are shopping from Denmark, we strongly advice you to visit aruhana.dk for locally made posters.

Where do you ship from?

Your order shipped from either Latvia or Spain, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to countries in the European Union. If you cannot select your country or area on the check-out page, we are sorry that we cannot serve you at the time being.

All prices are in Euro.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Products that cannot be packed into one box or tube are shipped out separately.

If one product out of more items in your order is out of stock at the nearest location, it is shipped from a different facility.

I didn’t receive my order – What should I do?

If you didn’t receive your order within two weeks from the expected delivery date, contact us using the Customer Service Form

How do I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake in your order, you must contact us immediately and ask for a cancellation.

You are entitled to cancel your order until the order has been processed by us. Once your order is processed, it is handed over to the printing house and cannot be canceled.

To cancel an order, send an email with the order details to [email protected] and the text “Cancel” as the subject.

Can I change the shipping address?

If you entered a wrong shipping address, you must contact us immediately and ask us to cancel the order. Once your order is processed by us, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

What happens if I refuse delivery or don’t pick up my parcel?

Parcels that are undeliverable will be returned and we will charge you a fee of EUR 20 to cover the double shipping costs and handling expenses.

Why do i need to enter my phone number?

As a security measure, your phone number is needed for two-factor authentication of your online payment (3D secure).
