Shipping and delivery times

Our products are made and shipped to you in 2-5 days. The delivery time and price depends on your location and the shipping method.

Where do you ship from?

To ensure fast delivery, we cooperate with printing houses in the US, EU and AU. We produce and ship your order from the nearest possible facility.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most of the world. If you cannot select your country or area on the check-out page, we are sorry that we cannot serve you at the time being.

Currencies

We use geolocation to set the currency for your country. This means that if you are in Sweden, the prices are in Swedish Kroner. If you are in Australia, the prices are in Australian Dollars. In Japan, the prices are in Yen and so forth.

You can use the following currencies when shopping on aruhana.com:

  • US Dollars
  • Canadian Dollars
  • Australian Dollars
  • New Zealand Dollars
  • Euros
  • Israeli Shekel
  • Danish Kroner
  • Swedish Kroner and
  • Japanese Yen.

If your country is not detected or on the list of supported currencies, prices and payment are in US Dollars.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number.

Are there any additional fees?

We ship your order from a location in your region or country if possible, but your order may be subject to import duties, fees and additional taxes collected by your local authorities. As the customer, you are responsible for paying these.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Products that cannot be packed into one box or tube are shipped out separately.

If a product in your order is out of stock at the nearest printing house, it is shipped from a different facility.

I didn’t receive my order – What should I do?

If you didn’t receive your order within two weeks from the expected delivery date, contact us using the Customer Service Form

How do I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake in your order, you must contact us immediately and ask for a cancellation.

You are entitled to cancel your order until the order has been processed by us. Once your order is processed, it is handed over to the printing house and cannot be canceled.

To cancel an order, send an email with the order details to and the text “Cancel” as the subject.

Can I change the shipping address?

If you entered a wrong shipping address, you must contact us immediately and ask us to cancel the order. Once your order is processed by us, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

What happens if I refuse delivery or don’t pick up my parcel?

Parcels that are undeliverable will be returned and we will charge you a fee of US $30 to cover the double shipping costs and handling expenses.

Why do i need to enter my phone number?

As a security measure, your phone number is needed for two-factor authentication of your online payment (3D secure).
